We’ve been amazed at the manoeuvrability of this little robot! He gets around the house very well and it’s wonderful to be able to have our floors maintained with little effort. A manual vacuum of some corners and areas is still required, but because our floors are cleaner on a daily basis, it’s needed less often. It doesn’t completely replace the need for manual cleaning, but what it can do it does very well. Very helpful for the time poor! We love our Narwal!

I did a fair bit of research and watching reviews before purchasing the Narwal S20…and I am very impressed. This Wet Dry vacuum has been a game changer in a house with 3 little kids and for my bad neck. It really works and cleans itself brilliantly. Its light and so easy to use with excellent design and functionality. This is my first Wet Dry Vacuum and I couldn’t be happier.

It’s so smart – it actually lifts the mops when moving over carpet!
It even detects heavily soiled spots and cleans them multiple times on its own.
One of my rooms was mopped six times in a row – and I thought it looked clean already, which was even more shocking!
Please, just buy it.

I started online chatting with regard to installation of water exchange system. Customer services are quick responding, checking the photos of my proposed areas for installation. Then they booked in and sent out service team for installation as I am located in metro area. The whole process is easy! Now I don’t need to worry about changing water each time when running Narwal for mopping, which is another level of automation!

Love it, goes right to the edge, enough run time to do a fully tiled 4x1 and doesn’t put down too much water which is bad for grout health.
The self clean function is awesome, I do leave the dirty water tank and filter out to air dry when not in use, a stand for these on the dock would be great.
Amazing that it completely dries the brush roller.
Fantastic price compared to competitors.

I always try to buy the best I can afford. Don’t know what I was expecting however it has definitely exceeded my expectations. Love it.

I watched heaps of reviews and narwal s20pro just outperforms other brands in terms of ease of use as it has that iron drying feature to dry the roll and the filter in between cleaning. You don’t have to let it air out, just press the button and it will give you the instruction. It doesn’t leave any musty smell because of that iron drying feature, that the other brands have issues of. It also has a separate compartment to strain the solid dirt as it becomes nasty if they’re just mushed in one container. The battery life as well is as twice of other brands so it means more time to clean and can clean a big area without waiting for it to recharge. It ticks all of the boxes especially if you got a little toddler around that likes to eat and throw it on the floor without hesitation.

Wow I bought this mainly because I'm having a knee replacement next month and I absolutely hate dirty floor. Knowing my husband won't keep them as clean as I do. But this wonderful machine is simply life changing. I have so much more time to myself.
Now as I don't have to clean every night. We have 2 dogs and white tiles.
