I recently bought a "refurbished" Narwal Z Ultra directly from Narwal, and the entire experience has been a complete joke.
First, the condition of the package was completely unacceptable. The box arrived completely destroyed, and the components were just carelessly thrown inside. To make matters worse, some of the parts were actually wet, and the cleaning tray was completely missing! It is blatantly obvious that this unit did not go through any kind of refurbishment, cleaning, or basic quality control before being reshipped to me. They just took someone else's dirty return and mailed it out.
When I tried to reach out to get this resolved, their customer support proved to be totally dysfunctional. If you call their phone line, an automated message just tells you to go to the live chat. If you go to the live chat, you have to wait an eternity for a response, only for them to brush you off and say they will "get back to you via email." It’s an endless loop of terrible service.
Zero care, missing parts, false advertising on the "refurbished" condition, and horrible customer service. I would absolutely never buy from them again. Stay away.
