The Narwal Flow Robotic Vacuum and Mop combines powerful suction, market leading mopping performance, advanced AI navigation, and hands-free maintenance for effortless, hygienic floor cleaning.
Revolutionary FlowWash Mopping System
Real-time self-cleaning with 45°C hot water injected onto the mop and 12N of pressurized track cleaning, means constantly cleaned floors, with edge mopping within 5mm of walls, providing full coverage.
Stays Fresh, Doesn’t Spread Mess
Unlike traditional mops that may spread mess, Narwal Flow uses the self-cleaning mop that refreshes with every step—removing stains instead of spreading them.
The Science Behind Spotless Floors
Dual water tanks work in sync to deliver water in 16 nozzles and collect dirty runoff, while a scraper wipes residue off the mop for continuously lasting freshness.
2x Carpet Pickup Rate
CarpetFocus powerfully drops the brush cover to lock in suction, lifting embedded dirt in on strong pass in a market first innovation. Embedded dirt is no match for the Flow.
22,000 Pa Next-Level Suction Power without Tangles
Industry-leading suction removes dirt, hair, and debris from hard floors and cracks with 99%* effectiveness, leaving no trace of dirt. Dynamic detangling side brushes and zero tangle floating brush ensures no tangled hair.
Smarter Vision, Faster Reactions
Dual RGB cameras and the AI chip means the Flow can detect and dodge over 250 obstacles, making it one of the smartest and most precise robot cleaners released. Simply put, the flow thinks like a human and cleans like an expert.

Maybe ours is a lemon but...
We have had nothing but problems just trying to setup.
1. Don't buy if you have dark carpet especially with stairs. Even after blocking the stairs and turning off we have stairs it constantly thinks it is in a hole.
2. Constantly stops and requests to move obstacles, there are no obstacles and I see no value having to go back and forth upstairs to check.
3. Mapping ran for 2.5 hours today for our upstairs which we intended for use then it said a sensor error, restarted and map is gone.
4. Had an error with brushes, request to replace even though only a few hours old. Could not make error go away and had to remove the brushes.
5. unable to find base station even when right in front of it. Errors leaving the base staion as well. You just have to keep pressing resume.
6. Robot gets trapped error, don't ask me, no idea. Not trapped, not blocked, not tangled just says it is trapped for no reason.
This is such a departure from the Freo Z Ultra we have which is absolutely the best, smartest most useful robot mopping vacuum ever!
Definitely going to return. A real shame as we needed the ability where it could step up into the tiled bathrooms but could not even get it to map those areas even though the step up is less than what it says is capable.
