- surprisingly high pitch noise from the omni back wheel with my tile floor
- performance of vacuuming cat litter is not good, pellets stay in the vacuum brush tray
- the mobile app design is odd, esp handling second map is lack of support. No room selection but only area.
- task completion for secondary map behaves weird, after two hours and stay stationary but not marked as done
the service for installing water supply and drainage system is wonderful, the person was so nice, came in my house with the shoes off. Detail telling me how to use. Otherwise. the machine is still too expensive compare to brought in china, and doesn't have much free gifts for buying it such as the rubbish bags and soap.
We have been so happy so far with the robotic vacuum and mop. It’s genius technology and has saved us time and energy cleaning the floors. It took me a little while to get my house map just right, but once you get it sussed, it’s excellent. It’s quiet and the dogs have got use to it already. Took about a week and they don’t even notice it anymore.
